Knowledge
Adobe Suite -
I used the Adobe Suite for multiple purposes including: motion graphics, animation, effects, poster/program design, film edits, media converting, and audio edits. I have worked with the programs in the Adobe Suite for four years now while I was earning my BFA in Animation. I also used these programs in a more professional setting when I worked for Cramer and Gadzooks. When I was at MassArt, I actually assisted in the teaching of these programs to newer students, as a teachers assistant.
Autodesk Maya-
As for Maya I was extensively trained in a classroom setting for two years on everything from tools to modeling and even rigging! However, I was more interested in the rigging aspect; It required constant care and maintenance until it functioned properly which proved a rather fun and challenging task.
Google Suite-
Google Suite I have worked with my entire life from classroom experience to professional experience (my role as both a assistant director this year and a teachers assistant in prior years, I have even worked in some food industries that required me to have this knowledge when I was the manager)
Microsoft Project-
Microsoft project was self taught after attending a workshop when I was in college I found it to be very resourceful when working on production!
Toonboom-
Toonboom is a wonderful program! Currently I have been using Toonboom Advanced to work on my Senior Thesis Film Flamingos in Paradise!

Skills
Team Leadership-
On many occasions I have been in charge of or elected a leader of a group! My favorite example is my most recent leadership position as Chairmen of the committee to orchestrate the Senior Thesis Animation Show. I was unanimously elected by the students and faculty to run the committee because of my ambition and positive energetic drive!
Organization & Time Management-
The position of Chairperson was also solely based on my intense time management and organizational skills, that were proven to the faculty when I orchestrated the Massart Berklee Collaboration Show! This show involved me organizing and curating 47 student films and working with different teams to ensure the show would run smoothly.
Strategic & Ideation-
These are two of my strongest skills, which often help me creatively solve issues not just for myself but for my peers as well! I am quick to draw up a creative solution when a peer approaches me with an issue they are facing with their film. I think this is do to my natural curiosity of the functionallity of things mixed with my common knowledge of how things work. for example one time my sister's knob of her dresser came out every time she pulled on it (it was missing the washer and nut.) So, quickly I used a rubber band (friction) for the washer and a big black paperclip (pressure) as the nut and it worked the way handles are supposed too!
PublicSpeaking, Communication & Teamwork-
I am also very well versed in communication. I am never shy to ask for help or clarify a question. Clarity is key in communication because Clarity provides results. I enjoy working with others and discussing an issue and how to solve it and I am fluent in emailing a peer or a group when collaborating and am constantly checking emails for inquiries. communication is also important when working with a team, I am always good about keeping my team members up to date on anything they may need clarified or something that they may have missed, constantly keeping people in the loop!

ROBERT McARTHURCompany Founder & DirectorStacy Parker has been an enjoyable and capable member of my art team. She never misses a deadline and tackles each project and page with enthusiasm. Stacy has a strong understanding of layout and her use of color is inspired. She has keen creative insights and is always willing to go above and beyond what is asked of her to see that each page is the best it can be. She has been consistent and reliable, in a field where such things are not always in large supply. She has a bright future ahead of her and I have enjoyed watching her take some of her first steps into the professional world. It has been my pleasure to work with her and I expect great things in her future.

STEVE GENTILEAnimation ChairStacy is one of those people that you can always rely on to step up and give the strongest effort imaginable. Along with that effort is also results. This was in evidence when Stacy and a classmate volunteered to edit their junior section project reel, which then turned into compiling the entire 50-student junior class show in collaboration with Berklee College of Music. Above and beyond!
